My Version of a POKE BOWL - Watermelon “sushi” marinated in ponzu with raw julienned carrots & zucchini with white sesame. Greens of baby spinach, kale & watercress, Brown rice with mirin & black sesame, arame seaweed, avocado, mint & coriander and pan fried Tamari almonds to top it all off.
